COVID-19 Update: The Law Offices of Robert Barrasso is staying informed and up-to-date on proper precautions for COVID-19 and its effect on the court system and our legal practice. We are dedicated to the safest practices and procedures possible in this trying time for everyone. We receive notices daily — sometimes hourly — on the current status of and the availability of the courts. Currently, Pima County Superior Court is open for business. However, the family law court system has made it known that for the next few weeks, they are going to limit hearings to those that can be handled telephonically unless it is absolutely necessary and urgent to have in-person hearings. They are also limiting the use of exhibits at the telephonic hearings. This situation could change and if it does, we will update this post on our website and Facebook page.
Our office will be open 8:45 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Our office is spacious and our staff will be limited to 1 or 2 people in observance of social distancing. We are doing most if not all of our client interaction by phone. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to meet your legal needs.
