Among Tucson’s Most Experienced Attorneys

I have over 30 years of experience practicing exclusively in the family law area and have experienced just about every scenario one could imagine. That experience is invaluable in dealing with the court system which will make decisions about your children, your finances and your life. A highly experienced attorney brings predictability to the table. I can help you eliminate the guessing game of what will happen in court. We can develop a strategy based on your goals, taking into account the complicated law in this area and even the judge who is assigned to your case. I have been honored to serve on many boards during my tenure as an attorney. I have served on the Pima County Committee on Judicial Supervision, both the state and local boards of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Arizona Supreme Court Committee to Review the Child Support Guidelines and currently serve on the Family Law Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona and the board of CODAC Health and Wellness.

I am one of the few attorneys in Tucson who have had the privilege of arguing a case before the United States Supreme Court. I won my case and you can listen to my oral arguments on the Supreme Court website. I am known as an aggressive fighter in court but I also have an excellent reputation for settling cases based on the most likely outcome in court. In most cases, having a knock-down-drag-out fight in court is a lose-lose situation. That’s why my experience and settlement skills can help you with your family law case. On the other hand, some cases need to be decided by the judge. If you have such a case, you will be in the hands of one of the most experienced family law litigators in the state.
